The only one's I can think of are infront of Saluda Valley Country Club. They are duplexes. I lived in one for about a year and they are "ok". I paid $475/month for a two bedroom/one bath three years ago. The walls are very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors conversation. The duplexes are owned by several companies and local people and almost all of them are different inside. One duplex may be owned by a couple and another by a company and so on. If their are several available be sure to look at all of them because the layout/interior are almost all different. The road is Beaverdam, but the locals call it "golf course road." The one I lived in was operated by John Cox Construction/Builders and the phone number is 864-847-9009. I would call them and see if they still operate some of the units.
