Late to the convo, but, I have several friends who sent their children to St. Paul's United Methodist on Fernwood-Glendale Rd for Kindergarten and were very happy with it. It goes up through age four.

I have also heard good things about Westminster Presbyterian Day School (Fernwood Dr.).

Both state they have programs that are Christian in nature; WPDS says they are a Reggio inspired school.

FWIW - I tend to agree with the person who said there is a bit of clique-ishness at Pine St. School. I suspect the fascination with Pine St . has more to do with the neighborhood and families attending than the school and curriculum itself (but that is my opinion and I could be totally wrong).
