Default Looking for realtor and nice homes within 15 minutes of Fluor

I've been on the TN boards the past few months because we moved to Chattanooga and then Cookeville last year. And now it seems that we'll be moving again soon, as my husband was offered a job at Fluor. We've briefly visited Greenville and met with a couple of realtors, but haven't yet signed any paperwork and would like to talk to a few others before committing. If you have any referrals, please PM me. I'd like someone who is aggressive and energetic, and really knows the subdivisions and comps, since I won't have a lot of time to find a house.

I'd also appreciate any suggestions for quiet, pretty neighborhoods within a 15 minute drive of Fluor, or you could tell me which ones are definitely further away (some agents may tend to stretch the truth when it comes to the subject of commute time.) Of course we'll drive the routes ourselves, but it will help to screen locations beforehand. We want at least 3000 sq ft, preferably a ranch or 1.5 story with split bedrooms and a basement, a backyard with a view or some woods, at least 1/3 of an acre, and again it must be quiet. We wouldn't mind living close to downtown so that we can take advantage of all it offers, but I'm not sure a condo would work, space-wise. Our price range is up to about $500K, maybe a little more. Thanks!

Well most eastside neighborhoods are that distance. Some are Sugar Creek, Silverleaf, Thornblade (for the more expensive tastes), some new ones off Hudson Rd. Even Pelham Falls isn't that far at 15-20 mins depending on traffic no traffic it would be 10 tops. Just find an agent you feel good with.
