Does anyone know if the county has any noise ordinances and who I would call if so.
A grading company (RCS) is next door grading a new subdivision at 730am on a Sunday. REALLY?

It appears Greenville County Sheriff's Office has the responsibility of investigating noise complaints.

Unfortunately, the noise prohibitions end at 7:00 a.m., and don't apply to construction companies anyway.

I heard people saying someone just opened a new shooting range in a residential area of Taylors near the old Taylors Mill. Now that would be some noise to have to deal with!
