Default Mulberry at Pinkney

Does anyone know anything about this development / neighborhood? It looks like it could be in a questionable neighborhood, but one that is about to turn. Any knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's in an area that is going through a major revitalization. Literally just up the road a block or two from the new library, upcountry history museum, soon to be southeast's largest children's museum, and art museum. Here's a pic gsupstate took back in July 2007:

We are interested as well - is it walking distance to downtown? We like living in townhouses and want to be close to the center of town, so this might be a good fit.
