Northpointe Village is a planned mixed-use development on over 60 acres with residential, commercial, and healthcare uses for the southwest corner of Highway 9 and Clark Road in the Boiling Springs community in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Residential uses may include a 216-unit apartment community and a 74-lot patio home community. Healthcare uses may include a 100-bed assisted living center
A site plan for Northpointe Village has a grocery store either 45,600 or 49,661 square feet in size with a pharmacy drive thru. The grocery store appears to be a Publix, which has opened several 46m (46,000 square feet) and 49m (49,000 square feet) stores recently.
Has anyone heard which BigBox store 2023 that is coming to the old space where Bi-Lo used to be in Boiling Springs, Hwy 9? It will be great if Home Goods will come there!

Sounds like a Publix but would also like to see a nice Harris Teeter in Spartanburg County.
Not sure. Not that familiar with Boiling Springs. A poster pulled this old thread up asking about the former Bi-Lo on Hwy9. I believe Publix is coming later this year and a Target and Whataburger just not sure where exactly in BS.

There is a Harris Teeter well under construction at the southeast corner of SC-9 and Clark Rd / Bibile Church Rd.
