Could the Taylors location be a franchise? They have their own website which is GreenvilleGym.com.
I have noticed that "Greenville Gym, Greenville Health Club" website.
Pivotal Fitness had other locations in Columbia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Those locations have closed.
I have heard the Eastgate Village location has not been doing well with Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Planet Fitness opening additional locations in the surrounding area.
I do not know if Pivotal Fitness is finishing up Winn-Dixie #1059's 25-year lease, which, if still active, would expire in 2020.

The former SunTrust would have been razed to make way for a gas station. Sourdough and Company is filling that space. A gas station is unlikely now.

I heard speculation today that Publix is in the process of securing a lease for a new store at Eastgate Village in Pivotal Fitness' location. Pivotal Fitness would be demolished. A 49,098-square-foot Publix with pharmacy drive-thru would be built on site.

That area is long overdue for another supermarket choice after having Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter as a choice years back.
They need another option other than the BI-LO at Brushy Creek Crossing even though that's probably the nicest BI-LO in the fleet after being remodeled. Harris Teeter should come back to Hudson Corners in the old location. I look for that old BI-LO further up at East North/ Haywood Howell to close when it's lease is up. It really looks bad.

The owner of Pivotal Fitness just locked in his lease for another 10 years.

Yes disappointing. On Wade Hampton past Taylors you have a BI-LO in Greer and a BI-LO and Food Lion in Lyman. An old Ingle's in Lyman apparently closed a while back. Looks like there would be a need for a nicer grocer in Greer and Lyman in that area.
