Aldi coming to Fairview Market is official. It will be the 23,549-square-foot "Tenant B" of the former Publix #613. Bids for construction were due Wednesday, 8 November.

Was by there earlier today. (Old Publix building/store) Work has begun. The entire front of the building is gone, and appears the process of dividing the building is underway.
