Default Relocating from the Florida Panhandle to Greenville Area

I am transferring jobs to Spartanburg Regional Hospital System. My wife and children will be relocating after we build a home. Our price range is 250K. We are loooking to planned communities with activity centersI am looking to build a home in the Simpsonville area. My wife does not work and from what I have found Simpsonville has a lot to offer as far as shopping, schools, and proximity to Greenville and Spartanburg. My wife and I are looking to send our children to private school. I have read good reviews from Southside Christian School. Two questions.

1. Opinions on the school and any other recomendations?

2. Recommended neighborhoods and/or builders.

Thank you in advance.

Default Moving to Greenville Area

Greenville has the bulk of the cutural arts, and so much to offer families, we have the neighborhoods to top them all!

I would highly recommend you look at the Eastside community. It's Area 22 and parts of area 23 in the Greenville system. The BEST schools are here as well as Mauldin.

Good luck!

Default Simpsonville

Simpsonville is a great area with good shopping & proximities to area events. Go to journalhomes.com to check out neighborhoods. There are a lot of good neighborhoods in and around Greenville. It will depend more on what you want in a home and what your families needs as to what area you look. You can also check realtor.com, but it is sometimes a little behind as to what is still available. Let me know if I can help.
