Meanwhile they had a lane closed on the northbound side between 385 and Garlington on a Saturday in the middle of a Saturday. Looking like they were putting in barriers at the rail crossing.

The construction team recommended avoiding Woodruff Rd @ 385 this weekend due to lane closures, as well as some drastic nightly detours on the 85-385 interchange.

While the connector is welcome relief, it's only temporary, as once it's completed and the 7000 cars are removed, it will be just a short time until 7000 more cars are added to Woodruff Rd.
