Church Jobs? (Greenville: cars, money, property)

I've only been here a week, yet have seen hundreds of churches in the area. My wife is looking for a job, specifically in music ministry. I can't find any church jobs on any of the church jobs sites, Monster, Greenville News, etc. Can anybody explain why there are so many churches but zero church jobs?

I have no idea, but I've always wondered how all those churches have enough money to function. The little church near our property looks fairly impressive, but there aren't that many cars there on Sunday morning. I wonder who pays the bills? Maybe they rely on more volunteer help? As an amateur church musician, music ministry is near and dear to my heart, and I'll pray for your wife to find something.
