Berea area of Greenville, zip 29617
I looked at a home off Parker Ave, Marion st in the Berea area. The home is nice and has a huge backyard. I'm not hearing about great things about the schools. It's right down the street from Cherrydale Elementary. Does anybody know anything about this school? I have 4 year old and a 18 month old. THe house is right down the street from a trailer park. If anybody knows wheres this is and knows about the area I would appreciate any info before I decide to buy.
Also is this in the city limits of Greenville? I currently live in Cowpens, above spartanburg, been here since May 07 originally from Philly, dont really know much about the area.
P.S. The home is listed for $110K, is that a reasonable price in the area?
