The master plan looks good indeed. I think the South Carolina Department of Transportation is advancing plans to relocate North Poinsett Highway onto Hawkins Road to United States Route 25.

Sadly, a revised plan makes Plaza Drive a right in/right out only at Hawkins Road. Plaza Drive needs to be rerouted into the intersection of North Poinsett Highway and Hawkins Road.
