Hi everyone, I am looking to relocate to Greenville this fall and need some help. I'm based in Cincinnati and my job sends me to Spartanburg every Tuesday-Thursday in February, April and October. When I was in Spartanburg last month I drove to Greenville and fell in love with it! I walked around downtown and some some beautiful places to live along Main Street and Reedy River Falls. I requested a relocation package from the Chamber of Commerce but they only sent me a tourism guide. I have been to all the online apartment finding sights and none let me specify downtown. I even googled "downtown greenville,sc apartments" and only got one "real" hit that didnt help me much. Can anyone give me some websites, phone numbers, contact info- anything, on apartments that are downtown along main street or by the suspense bridge? Thanks!
^^Apartments downtown= McBee Station Only two blocks from Main Street.
That was the one hit I got off google lol they look nice, I just want more options. Was that the Hampton Inn that had the balconies or was that an apartment building? I couldnt tell from the suspense bridge. What about the place over Sticky Fingers on main? Thanks SO much for your help
g-man I saw on a skyscraper development page where you posted pictures of the PeacockHotel & Spa being built and it was by an NBSC building- were those apartments in front of the development and across from the NBSC building? I will be down in April but only 3 days a week so I am trying to get as much info and see as much as I can every week. Thanks!
Try searching condominiums instead of apartments, i'm not completely sure but you may come up with more results. I think they tend to call them that...it sounds nicer I guess.

The Peacock Hotel and Spa consists of condos that are pretty much all sold. Even if there were condos for sale there, i'm not sure I would trust buying one. That project is having huge problems and has completely stopped construction. McBee Station is apartments. The place next to the Hampton Inn and Suites is 155 Riverplace and Terrace at Riverplace. Those are condos too. You might have good luck with the apartments over Sticky Fingers. Not sure who to contact for information on those though. There used to be a sign up next to Sticky Fingers up on the second floor with contact information for leasing them. Not sure if it's still there or not.

What about in the picture, it looked like some apartments across from the NBSC building. What were those?

Condos you own, apartments you rent- I cant afford to buy a home at this time
