What is that going next to the bridge. I've noticed them clearing it and getting it ready for something?

It's a Goodyear.

Goodyear is not a bad addition to Easley Town Center. Its business will be dependent on tire sales and quality automobile servicing.

Cedarwood Development may want to update its flyer for Easley Town Center. Winn Dixie #1223 closed in 2005, and Kmart #3645 closed four months ago. Iggles gives me the giggles because it is a typographical error. I am sure the flyer is referring to Ingle's Markets #51.

That's a pretty underwhelming use of that location. I wonder if it is a new store or a relocation of the shop across from Lowes?

Goodyear's Easley Town Center location will be a company store. It is not affiliated with the independent Carolina Automotive, originally Carolina Tire Company, located at Town & Country, 6031 Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley, South Carolina 29640-3811, which sells both Goodyear and Michelin tires.

Word around the campfire is that Cook Out bought the old gas station across from the new Hamricks and will be opening a restaurant there. I'm sure this will make some happy but I personally don't care for their food. The other half of the old Kmart building has been leased but I haven't heard what is going in there. Has anyone heard?
The old blockbuster building was sold and half of it will be a salon and the other half is for lease. The old New Gen store has also been leased.
