I know this is not a great source but that Waffle House ladies across the street say that Big Lots execs have been there several times and told them they were opening a store there

Does any one know what they are starting to build across from the Kohl's construction site? There isn't a sign up yet.

UPS Store, Jersey Mikes, Super Cuts, AT&T, Aspen Dental, GameStop, Sprint, and Five Guys in two separate buildings.

I just heard today that sams club is interested in the space where the large mound of dirt sits at easley town centre. I can't say i'd be excited if they moved there, would like to see a little diversity in the shops....I mean the walmart is so big what would we need a sams for?

I vaguely remember someone mentioned Red Lobster at one point in this thread. A friend who works for DeVita in Greenville said Darden is building new combo restaurants that share a kitchen servicing adjacent Olive Garden and Red Lobster dining rooms. They are targeting smaller markets for these new combo restaurants and I instantly thought about Easley.

I think a Olive Garden/ Red Lobster combo would be neat. 2 of my families favorite places to go.

Not big on Sam's club hoping a Best buy goes in that location. Any word on anything new for Easley Town Center.

I think they will probably close their other location, being that it is about 5 minutes down the road. if not I agree, that would be weird

There's two less than a mile from each other on Laurens Road. One next to Petsmart and another in the Super Bi-Lo/Olive Garden shopping center.
