Thanks G-Man for keeping us up to date! I am surprised that Sam's would have gas with Quik Trip building across the street.

Forgot to mention this:

Tractor Supply Company (19,097 square feet for building and 15,000 square feet for outdoor fenced area) is slated to be built BEHIND Sam's Club along Rocky Slope Road and is listed on the overall site plan package. This tenant spot is new and is NOT listed on the site plan pdf file I provided on this forum.

Construction bids for ALL tenants listed except Tractor Supply Company are slated to go out this month. Subject to change of course. The other tenant spots that I didn't list along with the outparcels within the development don't have any tenants listed at this time.

Aerial photo taken last month:

well there it is was wondering how this was going to shape out. Interesting mix should do well here. Academy Sports.. I'd been hearing a while but didn't think there was a market for a large sporting goods store here in Easley. Marshall's fills a niche that didn't exist and Petsmart will do very very well.

I don't see on the sight plan a location large enough for Sam's club seems like there must be a realignment going on or I'm missing something. Think the sight plan has a 66K square footer as the largest not including Walmart that's already built. Assuming that would be the Academy Sports

If you look at the aerial image I posted, Academy will be going in to the right of Kohl's just across the road. Here is how Sam's Club will look:

That will be the smallest Sam's Club ever, unless the space listed as "O" will be the entrance to an underground store. It can't be 136,086 sf in that location.

thanks still having a hard time with the sq footage for the whole site but I'm in no way an expert. Still the whole thing seems a bit small for a Sam's plus these other stores.. When I heard Sam's and Academy I pretty much assumed that would be it for box stores.

Any news on the restaurant side of things? Where still getting a Darden franchise right (assuming Longhorn, but Olive Garden would be better)
