Is the Mattress Firm also going to be in the small strip center in front of Academy?

Well two more places to eat. That's a good thing to me, but I love to eat.

Panera Bread is also coming to the Easley Town Center. They will be on the outparcel across from Longhorn.

I'm divided about Panera coming. On the one hand, I love their cinnamon bagels. On the other hand, I don't need an excuse to eat more of them

Just had a friend in the restaurant business tell me that Starbuck's & Freddy's (steak burgers & custard) have been confirmed by the City to go behind Aldi's. She has no confirmation on the rest.

I had heard there was some kind of issue with the land behind Aldi's - I hope that has been cleared up for construction to proceed on the parcel there. That side of Easley is really booming with retail growth. The only thing missing now is a Target and a newer movie theater.

This came from Jodi Cross, the leasing director for Cedarwood Development that owns Easley Town Center.
