I have heard students and teachers in schools, not the schools themselves, making headlines recently because they made bad decisions that have placed them in criminal and legal troubles. Their bad decisions should not indicate the schools are bad.

I chose the Mauldin High School for my kids.... they have an awesome principal, who has truly made a difference in education. PM if you want more details.

That is quite a response Krushsh70..."country club type schools". What exactly are you trying to convey with that characterization for the schools?

But agree that all schools will have some issues of various degrees which is sad, but a part of life. Be involved with your kids and regardless of the school, they will turn out great. Good luck with the move and research. We've been here for almost a year from Chicago area and really love it.

I meant that they are near a country club. Which they are. There are other schools in gville co that are too. That is what I meant. Not sure how that was interpreted but I have clarified if there was any negative interpretation
