Cool Boiling Springs and Inman

Water main break restricts traffic along Highway 9 in Boiling Springs | Spartanburg, South Carolina | GoUpstate.com | Spartanburg Herald-Journal_
Check out the article in today's Spartanburg newspaper www.goupstate.com Link to article above
Boiling Springs is just a few miles from Inman in Spartanburg County, and the article is about B.Springs and the busiest road in the county. No one planned for such a huge increase in population in the area....the same is true for Simpsonville and Greer, etc. Urban sprawl....
There are many new subdivisions with vacant homes, if you are looking to purchase a home, however. There may be some available campsites if you find it necessary to live in a campground, as some do.
I have wondered if SC has begun to resemble places in NY, NJ, Pa or even Fla....our Governor's former home.

my parents are looking to purchase land north of greenville. there are some decent lots up that way but still not too far from the city if you're a shopper like me. they are talking to compass homes about building a house while they rent. not sure what your time frame is but compass builds pretty fast for a custom builder. seems to be good quality as well. sc is a beautiful state!
