This isn't a Qdoba, that's kind of surprising.

I'd like a BGR Burger Joint. There is one in Clemson and it is my favorite burger place in upstate.

More healthy options that are mid range price to low end price instead of another burger and fry joint. Crisper's or something similar. https://www.crispers.com/

Shake Shack. It's a more yuppie Chick Fil A, but it's delicious food. If I could magically plop any restaurant into Greenville, that's realistic, it'd be Shake Shack.

Habit Burger and Rubios. Doubt Rubios will ever happen, but Habit has a few locations on the east coast.

Not sure if we need it but used to love Bennigan's when they were across from Haywood Mall in the 80's and 90's where the vacated Don Pablo's is now. Would love to see them return. They would also be great replacements to takeover some of the vacated Ruby Tuesday locations like Pelham Rd and Wade Hampton.

The fern bars, LOL. Yes lots of brass rails and hanging ferns.

I was looking at their website and they have modernized their look and décor,

Breugger's Bagels; Doc Chey's (I really miss DC - I go there every chance I'm in Asheville/Atlanta)
