Again, I know where BMW is, that wasn't the point. The point of bringing up BMW was to give a visualization of how big this project is. I've made that clear.

And values could be great, but the area would definitely become more expensive. They're not just 50k jobs, but 50k high paying jobs. Take a look at Seattle what it could do to housing. Contrary to what people think, Seattle hasn't always been a super expensive place.

Greenville could still benefit if the Atlanta area lands the HQ. Lot's of well paid people looking to get away from the bustle of that area for the weekend would find our area a nice place to hang out for a few days.
