I would like to have more Walmart stores and Waffle House restaurants. I would be okay with a 72,000-square-foot Ingle's supermarket.
There is already two vacant grocery store buildings close by (BI-LO and Food Lion). I highly doubt another supermarket wants that location with all the existing competition not far away.
