That's a good start. If they really want to step up their game they'll need to include a title loan place and a one hour tan and nail salon.

There is already two vacant grocery store buildings close by (BI-LO and Food Lion). I highly doubt another supermarket wants that location with all the existing competition not far away.

I would be okay with another successful supermarket. BI-LO and Food Lion failed because they are failures.
