The initial plan as Center Pointe Village appeared to have a grocery store with a drive thru between blocks M and N. The image is small not to accurately analyze. Is a grocer still projected for BridgeWay?

Yes, the grocery store is still there on the new site plan. No drive thru is planned from what I can tell: http://properties.theshoppingcenterg...me=1510633207/ Nine parking garages are included. O o

Is there a projected size for the grocery store? Size would determine what kind and which grocer could open a store at BridgeWay. An Ingle's supermarket could be ruled out because Ingle's Markets opens 72,000-square-foot freestanding stores with pharmacy drive thru.

30,000-50,000 square feet according to site plan I have.

I forgot all about this. It is hard to keep up with all the new developments here.

If the projected grocer is a supermarket:

Publix has store prototypes at 28,000 (28m), 39,000 (39m), 45,000 (45m), and 49,000 (49m) square feet.

Harris Teeter has 53,000-square-foot stores

Is anyone aware of plans to widen Bridges Road from two to four lanes from East Butler Road to Holland Road in conjunction with BridgeWay?

I'm not sure what retailers they will get that we don't already have on Woodruff or Haywood(mall)Rd but the name Bridgeway is 1000X better than Center Pointe.

I'm not sure Publix would build there when they already have a store so very close at East Butler and Woodruff and a store in Mauldin.
