Dallas, Texas-based golf entertainment center Topgolf is considering Greenville, South Carolina, for a future location.

It appears Topgolf is more than an ordinary driving range.

Wow, that looks cool and I'm not even a golfer, looks like the Lucy Strike of golf. Just wish we'd get a Lucky Strike downtown.

It's a cool place. I've been to one in Houston and it's a lot of fun. Kind of like a combination sports bar/driving range, and you don't need to be a golfer of any decent skill to enjoy it.

This sounds awesome! Greenville needs more entertainment centers like this with all the kids and young adults that live here. Where they would build this? Maybe Laurens Rd.(near Verdae) or Haywood Rd.?

Topgolf is pricey, definately not a once a week or even month thing, but it looks like fun. Greenville seems to land everything so I'll be surprised if they dont land this.

Just PLEASEEEE don't put it on Woodruff Road. I mean come on.

The old Best Buy/Sam's site on Laurens would be a good location. Also, if...and it's a BIG IF...the Bass Pro store ever happens, it would be perfect fit next to the Bass Pro.

Locating on a site that is being redeveloped in an established area would be a smart idea.

When I saw this last week I sent an email to them to let them know I was excited they were considering Greenville. If you want them to pick us for sure, an email wouldn't hurt to show our interest! They replied and said they are VERY interested in Greenville.
