It looks like there was a similar political protest at Falls Park yesterday.

It has a "ultra liberals" are automatically good vibe to it. That's why I responded to the post that way. I don't think either extreme is good.

I don't think so. You keep asserting Asheville is 'liberal' and Greenville is 'conservative' so I am sincerely surprised that you moved here. It seems like every one of your comments about Greenville is negative in nature, and usually politically oriented. It seems like you would have moved to Asheville, Boulder, Portland, or some other city that people like to classify as 'liberal'.

I don't have a problem with you living here.

I personally don't characterize cities in political terms or religious terms. I'm not religious and I never had any problems in Greenville, and I know other people who don't go to church.

I was responding to a person who asserted Greenville = religious people. In response to my comment, you posted a picture of some liberal protesters in Asheville on Saturday. I don't see how that refutes my comment, and moreover, as I pointed out, there was a similar protest in Greenville Saturday. I actually saw an article in the national media about the Saturday protests that listed Greenville but not Asheville among the cities with protests.

I would think most people in Asheville were not at that protest. I doubt any political protest even gets 1 percent of the metro population.

Actually it is estimated that 15% of Los Angeles Population showed up to their women's march on Saturday and looking at the pictures of Asheville it looks like a statistically significant portion of the population was there as well.

Even if it was 15 percent of the metro, it doesn't make sense to base a generalization on 15 percent.

It would make more sense to post the election voting data rather than post a picture of a political protest.
