Being located right next to I-185 and
very close to I-85, I don't think Acadia is isolated at all, though it does enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by woods and along a river. It really is a fantastic place already, including a beautiful clubhouse, boathouse, pool house with game room, pavilion, tennis courts, soccer field, playground, trail system, community garden, and more.
I noticed two homes currently under construction in Acadia, and multiple lots with "sold" signs posted.
