Default Information on these areas please!!

Hello, My husband and I are coming to find a house to rent. Could anyone please help me with any information about the following neighborhoods? We are looking for an area that is kid and pet friendly, low crime, great schools, and not right in the middle of a city. We like a large yard (hopefully 1-2 acres) and not on a busy highway. Any and all information is appreciated.
Oh yah, and my husbands new job is in Piedmont, would prefer to be within 20-30 minutes from there. ok here goes......................................
Augusta Rd/Mauldin Rd area, lake cunningham area in Greer, Mauldin, Blue Ridge/Campobello area in Spartanburg County School District 1, Lyman Farms, Lyman Lake, Oconee, Clemson/Seneca.
These are areas I am looking into for available homes to rent that I have found. Can't wait to be in the warmer air.

I'm originally from the Powdersville/Piedmont area and would recommend the area. The zipcode there is 29673 for parts and also has an Easley zipcode for others 29642. Anderson County School District 1 is a great school district. Some areas in Spartanburg are okay, but the crime rate seems to be higher. It would take longer than 20-30 minutes to get to Piedmont from Campobello. Most places in Spartanburg would also take longer, due to highly congested areas on the interstate. Check out some places in Easley - zipcodes 29642 and 29640.

I hope some of this was helpful. Let me know if I can help out more.

I agree with scfan2001 If you want to stay 20-30 min from Piedmont, look at Piedmont/Pelzer/ Anderson
