The City of Woodruff in Spartanburg Countyis adding approximately 200 residences with the potential of 900 residences over three years. Approximately two hundred residences are under construction in 2018:
  • Ellington, a 122-single home community on eighty-acres on United States Route 221 near White Oak Road
  • Pearson Park, a 79-single home community on twenty-acres at South Pearson Street and Workman Avenue
Six hundred to 700 additional homes are projected within the city limits.
