I'm torn on this proposal to be honest. It's nice to see the additional development downtown and I hope it is a success. That said, I really like the way that old building is currently being used. It is kind of interesting to both be in the building and still feel connected to the outside and the current format has left almost all of the "old" feel of the structure intact.
