Is simpsonville or fountain inn a good place to retire?

If you are looking to retire in the Simpsonville/Fountain Inn area, this is something to consider! Simpsonville is a very congested area! Anywhere you go in the area of Simpsonville expect to be sitting in traffic quite a bit! Not just in the Fairview Rd. area but in most of the area.It is hard to get around unless you can find a short cut!
Now in Fountain Inn, you will find a quite little city that you can walk in without having to dodge traffic. It appears to be a nice place to live.
Now, I don't live in either city but I shop in Simpsonville. I have been to Fountain Inn many times and if I wanted to move to a small city, it is the one I would prefer! By the way, I live in the country about 13 miles from Fairview Rd. and have no desire to move to town!!

20 years ago Simpsonville was that sleepy little town.

FI will be Simpsonville in 20 years.
