Take the Southern Connector to the Highway 153 exit, which is the first one south of I-85. Go north on Highway 153 towards Easley for like a quarter of a mile and it will be on your left. Can't miss it.

Been there, it's beautiful, however like a lot of the new TND's, tiny if almost non-existent backyards/lots.

There are lots that are from 1/4 to 1/2 acre, of course price is going to be higher, but if somebody wants more land, it's a consideration and they build the home amongst the trees which is very nice.

Although I'm in central VA now, we're planning on a move down to Greenville also.
