no thanks! I would like a house with the lot for $70,000 please! but on the bright side, if I had 75 roommates, it wouldn't take too long to mow the lawn. do they make bunk beds in the triple stack variety?

lol don't know. But heck in a house like that you just have someone do your lawn. The garage in that one house is prob the size of my entire house lol

Houses that size are never fun to clean, either, so even if I can afford them, I usually like them a little smaller.(and YES.......I've always cleaned my own house! haha)
I come from very humble beginnings and my house growing up was the size of the one car garage too, so I can relate! haha
You just never know where life is gonna take you......so......keep up that hard work ethic, Christopher! Dream big! I did.  (getting a good education helps......and faith in God).......NOW I sound like a real mother, don't I! LOL |

I am actually looking to downsize into a smaller place. even thinking about moving back into a condo!

They have some nice town homes that they are building not to far from where I live it has a simpsonville address but they are really in Mauldin. Don't know what area you are looking at. Theyare next too brookwood Church. Can't think of the name of them right now but if you want I can always go check.
