Parks (Greenville, Ridgeland: fit in, condo, design)

GREENVILLE HAS SOME VERY NICE URBAN PARKS CLEVELAND PARK, FALLS PARK, LEGACY PARK, ETC. I wish a developer would build around 5 buildings that are 7-12 levels around cleveland park. I was walking through the zoo and noticed how nice they would look from our perspective what do you think. I wish we had the right demographics for a tiffany it would look nice around the cleveland park area.

The plans for the 200+ acre park just west of downtown might be perfect for development such as the ones you mentioned. In a way I agree with you about having higher density residential structures around the parks. I am very pleased with the positive impact the Ridgeland at the Park development is having. Those are attractive residences that fit in very nicely with their surrounding park setting. I also love The Richland at Cleveland Park (http://www.coldwellbankercaine.com/residentialdetails2.php?PropertyID=1141432 - broken link) condo building and wouldn't mind seeing additional structures with similar Italian inspired architectural design.
