Default what can I get?

I was wondering if it is possible to purchase a condo or townhome in the greenville area for under $125,000. or is this wishful thinking?

Check your PMs. There are 142 condos or town homes currently available for $125,000 or less in the Greater Greenville MLS.

I live at Riverbend Condos at the intersection of Faris Rd and Cleveland St in Greenville. It's the best value in town and a great location. The downside is that you pay both city and county taxes. Most of the 3 bedroom units sell for around $125,000. Riverbend was built in 2 phases so the floor plans in the phase 1 units are different from the phase 2 units. There are 296 units in the complex. I'm not sure exactly what the regime fees are for the 2 and 3 bedroom units but the 1 bedrooms are $131 per month and I believe the 2 bedrooms are around $151 and the 3 bedrooms are around $175. The regime fee includes water, garbage, landscaping, outdoor maintenance etc. We have a full time site manager and 2 full time maintenance persons. It's a gated community with 2 pools, a fitness room, brand new tennis courts and a clubhouse.
