And it has nothing to do with where you're diagnosed.. Cases are tracked by county of residence.

And.. FYI.. One of the cases in Laurens is in zip code 29645.

Don't know how handy that is.. I mean, 29645 is pretty damn big. Kinda like Abbeville saying it's 29620.. That ZIP is humongous. The others Mountville and the Watts mill area of Laurens.

There've been a few cases diagnosed in SC that have come off the books because they were residents of NC.

There are 4 counties in SC with no reported cases.. McCormick, Cherokee, Allendale and Hampton
If that's the case then there will be 3 more soon. All 3 of the ones my wife was told about are in Clinton, and were just confirmed yesterday afternoon.

The 29645 one may have been my neighbor. (Not likely but its possible) He passed away and they are currently awaiting results.

I just asked her about it, she said the 3 cases were from a daycare in Clinton, not 3 from Clinton and she was told wrong.

Seem strange that someone from out of county would bring a child to Clinton or even work at a daycare in Clinton.

Of course, there's a backlog of testing, so..

Well, since the cases are reported by county of residence.. And you said it was from a daycare in Clinton.. The only way they wouldn't be credited to the county would be if they were out of county.

Unless you meant maybe the 3 cases existing on the books from Sunday were the three cases.. The one from Gray Court and 2 from other Laurens zip codes

We're so rural, how can you AVOID going 2 miles? It's 10 miles to a grocery store for me.
