55 Level Tower (Greenville: neighborhood, square footage, light rail)

I WAS LOOKING AT THE MILLUNIUM CAMPUS MASTER PLAN AND IT SAYS 55 STORIES.http://http://www.millenniumcampus.com/pdfs/MasterplanBooklet.pdf (broken link).
THIS IS ON PAGE 9 BUT YOU HAVE TO ZOOM INTO THE INTERSECTION OF
I-85 AND SULPHUR ROAD. IT COULD BE A TYPO BUT LOOKS LIKE IT SAYS 55. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS IS REAL OR NOT

The tallest tower I have seen on the drawings is 20 stories. It is part of the Green 100 office neighborhood next to I-85 and Verdae. If all of these are developed, the interstate drive through Greenville will look and feel completely different than it does today. This will also be good for the development of light rail transit.

Did you notice the key at the top right of each page? They include the proposed height and square footage of each building.
