Gateway Tower
Gateway tower renderings never came out wtf. now im mad there is now possible way every building downtown can get canceld. NOWAY. I understand the woolsworth site because they said the 3rd quater. which is July, August, September. when im downtown i dont care about highrises but when you are on I-385 you would like to say look at the skyline or something . Downtown is succesful I love it. we dont need national stores but we do want them. don't get mad at me but i hate how the pinnacle on main looks its ugly i hope the gateway tower dosent look like that. but it is greenvilles second tallest so i still hope it gets built

We must keep in mind that the economy is in a "slow down". We are very fortunate that some of this stuff is moving ahead regardless of the economy. Many places have nothing going on. Count your blessings.

The Gateway site developers have bought the Timmons property that was always so hard to get (former Canal Insurance HQ) and are expanding their project to include retail, or more retail. These are the two buildings next to the former memorial auditorium site. Expect a story on the project in the Greenville News sometime this week or next.
