My husband and I are looking into Simpsonville too and he is in heating & air. I don't know how much of a help this would be, but it's worth a shot. Try going to local.live.com. It's a map that you can zoom in and out of and at the top of the page you can put in a business name or catagory and the town and state you are looking in. It will pull up stores and businesses listed in their directory. We found that there are a lot of heating & air companies in and around that area which is definately a start for the job hunt.
