Aw come on, you're too old for Chuckie Cheese, gman430!

I like the City Range suggestion, though I've not been there. I've heard its really good; we just haven't had the opportunity yet.

Mimi's Cafe is good as long as you don't want a traditional dinner. They are somewhat lacking in that regard IMO.

Longhorn Steakhouse is where we think we've had the best economical filet in town so far.

Thanks guys, now that's what I'm talking about. Good job. We're really open, if you've read some of my posts I'm a total foodie and have tried almost every type of cuisine ever created. Mimi's has great breakfasts but we're doing dinner. Chuckie Cheese's sounds good if I was turning 6, not 36. Longhorn is really good but lets just say I don't have the best relationship with management. Takosushi, Lemongrass, Saskatoon and Cityrange all sound great. We do Thai a lot, so we'll probably skip this time. Has anyone tried Never On Sunday? My dad really wants to go there, being Greek but I dunno. Only criteria is non smoking and not too fancy, i.e coat and tie sine I'll have my little baby girl with me. Thanks again and keep 'em coming.

I am a big fan of The Lazy Goat, especially if you like to take your time and share. The wait staff wears jeans, but the food is gourmet - my kind of place.

Hey Art,
yeah, I checked out their menu online. It looked pretty eclectic almost like a tapas bar. There's so many choices in this town for a great meal.

That there are my friend, that there are! Now that we have little money to splurge on dining out it will take longer to try all of them.

There is always Olive Garden. You'll feel like a king (or is it queen?) and they'll even sing to you.

Happy Birthday a few hours early!

I like Handi Indian on Main St. You can sit outside, which makes it easy to walk the baby.
The menu at Brown St Jazz Club looks great, but I've only had drinks there.

I saw more restaurants in Greenville than I've ever seen in any other city I've ever been to, especially along Woodruff Road. I couldn't believe it. If it were me, I wouldn't be able to choose either! Though I'd probably pick somewhere downtown, for the atmosphere. Happy Birthday!

I think we've settled on City Range. The menu looks great and it's not too fancy. We'll do Never On Sunday, on Sunday (didn't realize the irony until I just typed it ) for Fathers day. Thanks for everyones help and for the b'day wishes. Y'all are so nice.
