I get a chance to come to Greenville next week and would like advice on where to stay. I am looking for something downtown, but not too expensive. I am not looking for anything special. Just clean and in a good part of town. Any advice?
Here is a list of hotels that are currently downtown. Several others are under construction at this time. I recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites myself. The cheapest would probably be the Holiday Inn Express:
use priceline. Before I moved here I stayed at the Hyatt for no more than $50 bucks a night. There are several sites online where people post their winning bids for different cities.
