I agree, our dogs go there. Our daughter used to work there and there were no horror stories and other things going on behind the scenes. Dogs are well cared for.

To answer the original post, our vet is in Downtown Simpsonville - Dr. Verdin (Verdin Vet Clinic). They are great and we recently boarded our English Bulldog there, so we know they're trustworthy. Also we really like that they don't push lots of meds or specific foods. We're really picky with our vet though b/c lots of vets like to automatically tell you what's wrong with your bulldog when it's just how he is. GL and hope you find a great place to board your dog!

Just an FYI, but an acquaintance of mine has noticed that her dogs' toes appeared to have been quicked numerous times on two separate occasions when they were at Hollycrest for a trim. She was livid of course and will never be going back to that kennel.

Regal Kennels has changed hands and is now known at Groom and Board. I've heard mixed reviews of the new management.

Primrose Acres (in Chesnee) appears to be a good option; I know several people who have been very happy with the care their pets have received.
