Default Greenville Planning Commision

Ok so how good is the planning commission at "complying" with things like the recommendations in the Scuffletown road and Woodruff road plans?

Some things I see - like proposed feeder roads that would run in a flood plan - probably not realistic - and subdivision approvals that already could not accomodate the proposed feeders

Proposed retail cluster at Woodruff and Lee Vaughn and office space at Jonesville and Scuffletown. Proposed stream trails along Gilder Creek [over privately owned land etc. New park on Enoree River.

There is some nice vision in some of these plans. How good has the county been at implementing them?
