Default FedEx could bring 470 jobs to upstate.

"I don't know what's coming out of South Carolina, but the state is being rather aggressive," Lynch said.

Notice the jobs number from this article and the Greenville News one are different. LOL.

I'll guarantee you that they added the 200 existing jobs to the number that would be added to give the story more punch. Newspapers do that all the time.

Didn't Greensboro already receive a large hub for FedEx several years ago? GSP was in the running then as well.

GSP, is good in the geographic location and direct i85 access, but majorly lacks in only having one runway, and also a short old control tower.

that wouldn't effect this, its fed ex ground, everything is run by truck & trailer
