Yes this thread got a little off topic. Might I add though, that it is not easy to get a job when homeless and disabled. Although it is illegal, people do judge you.
Also, parents shouldn't have kids if they don't intend to raise them. period. Kids grow up to be the way they are because of how they were or were not raised. It's not all on the parents, but a significant portion of a child's attitude is the parents duties and responsibilities. As for teens haning out in Falls Park, maybe if there were more teen friendly things for them to do besides the mall and movies, it would not be a problem.
Once again, overcrowding will probably always be a problem since downtown is pretty much all Greenville has to offer that has more to do than shop and eat, although that is the biggest thing.

People should have to take some sort of test before they're allowed to have children...make sure they're capable. That would take care of the problem.

Well I too think this thread has been beat to a pulp. If we have not reached some conclusion by now we never will. Appearently the city is working on the problem, so maybe they can get it figured out. If nothing else makes people not want to move here, this thread is bound to

Since when has the library been open at 11:30pm? (just going by the time your original post was made) Another question... When did the library start allowing the homeless (people without a library card and a verifiable place of residence) to use their computers? Just curious because this information seems inconsistent. Beyond that, I know the library does monitor activity on their PCs and also has restrictions for certain types of social websites, even though they may not be intentionally created for wrongdoing.

Excellent points. Is this another "Rochester, New York" imposter/troll? Does City Data check IP addresses to ensure no multiple accounts?
