I'm getting down to the wire on finding a rental house and my DH and I have found a place we'd love to rent, but I wanted to get any info on the property management company and/or the community we're thinking about renting with/in.
Property management is handled by Creative Properties, based in Greenville. They have about 400 properties and about 90% occupancy from what the company rep that met me at the house said. Seem like nice folks with reasonable policies and willing to ask about special requests as needed. Anyone know anything about them, good or bad?
The subdivision we're looking at a house in is Tyger Shoals in Spartanburg (across from Anderson Mill Elem.). We don't have kids so we don't really care about schools at this point, but I plan to walk my dogs frequently wherever we end up and we're quiet people - would prefer to find a quiet, well maintained, safe neighborhood. On drive bys, Tyger Shoals seems to meet our wish list, but again, does anyone know anything about the subdivision, good or bad?
