I was being cautious when I used the word rumor. I am still waiting on the Walgreens and Blooms everyone said was coming. I would love to see more coming on 153 as well.

I live in Powdersville and we love the convenience of the location but the lack of planning and restrictions is absurd. First I think it should be incorporated, second I think there should be some type of zoning. I was not very happy to see the tattoo parlor that opened last year. They have an opportunity to make this area really desirable but are blowing it. Since we are at the being of development strict zoning on things such as signage could be put in place to where this area could be like Peachtree City south of Atlanta.
