Default Greer -Belmont Heights

Hello everyone. I have been a fan of this forum for sometime and appreciate all the useful information it provides.
My husband and I live in Florida (and will for a while due to the housing market) and recently bought two one acre lots in the Belmont Heights subdivision in Greer. Does anyone have any input on this area??

Do you want info on Greer or the subdivision? I'm trying to place Belmont Heights...is it on the eastside?

I grew up in Belmont Heights. It's where all the doctors (etc.) lived 30 years ago. Nice, large, solidly built homes. Lots of brick, lots of grass and old trees. I'm not aware of any new construction there though...maybe there's a new section? 1 acre lots seem pretty typical of that neighborhood.
