Default cost for rent for a storefront downtown greenville

Need help finding cost for a storefront downtown greenville. Rent or for sale, just what the average cost? Thinking of starting a bar.

my boss pays around 1500 a month, but I think thats cheap for downtown

Make sure you can open what you want before proceeding. I had someone looking and the owner would not let them in because he had an interest in the bar-restaurant next door. Didn't want the competition.

I did a search and saw anywhere from $14.00 sq. & up. There is one that is $15.00 per sq. with a CAM fee of $2.25 per sq. It is on Main St. and has a partially completed kitchen in place. It is a triple net.

i've seen the invoices, thats really how much it is, they've got a sweet deal, they bought sophisticated pallet, name and all, and bought the lease with it

well 14.00 sq not bad, I hate cam fee! thanks for the help.
