Greenville temporary housing suggestions?
Hello there!
I'm a white-collar professional, relocating to Greenville from Raleigh, NC and am in need of some temporary housing (~3 months, from July to Sept). Most apartments require at least 6 month leases and corporate housing is a little expensive for my budget.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone renting a room in their home or a garage apartment. I know I'm asking for a little much but a furnished place (except my bedroom of course) would be preferred.
I've checked the newspaper classified and contacted a number of apartments but no luck. I even tried summer housing at Furman!
Any suggestions on where I can find people willing to rent rooms in their homes that aren't found in the sites I listed?
